When will the books arrive?
You will receive your books within 7 working days (up to 14 days for deliveries outside UK) of placing your order. If your order will take any longer we will let you know by email and we will give you the option to cancel the order and get a full refund. If its within the UK you can choose Standard or Express delivery for your order. Express Delivery is unavailable for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Man. Standard delivery to these locations takes 7-10 working days.

How much does delivery cost?
For UK deliveries:
- Standard delivery costs £2.49 regardless of the delivery address
- Express delivery costs £5.95 regardless of the value of your order - UK only
- For Europe: from £7.95– deliveries will be sent Airmail
- For Worldwide: from £15.00– deliveries will be sent Airmail
Can I get the books delivered anywhere?
Yes, we are happy to send out books anywhere in the world. You can arrange for your books to be delivered to any address. So you can send items as gifts (and include a gift message), or to your work address for example. We are currently not able to ‘split’ your order across multiple addresses though. If you want to send different books to lots of different addresses we recommend you place separate orders for each address you want to send them to.
No Quibble Returns
What if I want to return something?
You are welcome to – it's no problem. Our no quibble returns policy means we will happily exchange an item or refund your money. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Send the item back within 14 days of receiving it along with the delivery note enclosed with your order. Providing the book is not used or damaged we will happily give you a full refund.
